We believe that great people know other great people, and our referral bonus program rewards employees who help us find talented individuals to join our team. Below is a detailed overview of the referral bonus structure, particularly focusing on tech and product roles, alongside other functions.

Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

• Software Developer/Engineer: $1,500
• Product Manager: $1,800
• Data Analyst/Scientist: $1,600
• UI/UX Designer: $1,400
• DevOps Engineer: $1,700
• QA Engineer: $1,500

Other Roles Referral Bonus

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions:

• Finance Analyst: $1,200
• Human Resources Specialist: $1,000
• Marketing Executive: $1,300
• Customer Support Representative: $800

Program Details

• Eligibility: All permanent employees of eClerx Global Services are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contract employees and external recruiting agencies are not eligible.

• Referral Process: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the referral through the company's official referral portal or email the candidate's resume to the HR department, clearly indicating the referred position.

• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of service.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of service.

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first individual who submitted the referral, as determined by the timestamp in the referral system
