Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus
- Software Developer/Engineer: $1,500
- Product Manager: $1,800
- Data Analyst/Scientist: $1,600

Other Roles Referral Bonus
While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions:

Program Details

Eligibility: All permanent employees of eClerx Global Services are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contract employees and external recruiting agencies are not eligible.

Referral Process: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the referral through the company's official referral portal or email the candidate's resume to the HR department, clearly indicating the referred position.

Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of service.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of service.

Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first individual who submitted the referral, as determined by the timestamp in the referral system
