Easterly Government Properties is committed to attracting top talent and recognizes the value of employee referrals. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for successful referrals that lead to hires, particularly in high-demand areas such as tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Easterly Government Properties are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles:
  • Tier 1 (Entry-Level/Junior Positions): $2,000
  • Tier 2 (Mid-Level Positions): $4,000
  • Tier 3 (Senior-Level Positions): $6,000
• Referral Bonus for Other Roles:
  • Tier 1 (Entry-Level/Junior Positions): $1,000
  • Tier 2 (Mid-Level Positions): $2,500
  • Tier 3 (Senior-Level Positions): $4,000

Process

1. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal with the candidate's resume and any relevant information.
2. Acknowledgment: Once the referral is received, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the referring employee.
3. Evaluation: The referred candidate will be evaluated through the standard recruitment process.
4. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
   • First Installment: 50% of the bonus amount upon the new hire's start date.
   • Second Installment: Remaining 50% after the new hire completes six months of employment.

Conditions

• Referrals must be submitted prior to the candidate's application to be eligible for the bonus.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to Easterly Government Properties within the past 12 months.
• Both the referring employee and the new hire must be actively employed
