• Other Roles:
  • General Corporate Positions (e.g., Marketing, Finance): Referral bonuses for these positions typically range from $1,000 to $2,000, depending on the level and criticality of the role.

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of East West Bancorp are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process.
