For referrals in our high-demand tech and product departments, we offer a generous bonus structure. These roles include, but are not limited to:

Bonus Estimate:
- Tier 1 (Entry-Level to Mid-Level): $2,000 per successful hire
- Tier 2 (Senior-Level): $3,500 per successful hire
- Tier 3 (Leadership/Director Level): $5,000 per successful hire
