Program Details

Eligibility: All full-time employees of Dynex Capital are eligible to participate in the referral program. However, only external candidates can be referred. Current employees cannot be referred.

Referral Process: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the candidate's resume and/or LinkedIn profile through the company's internal referral system. The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies for the position.

Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
- The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes one year of employment.

Tax Implications: Referral bonuses are considered taxable income and will be subject to applicable taxes at the time of payout.

Exclusions: The referral bonus is not applicable if:
- The candidate is already in the company’s recruitment database from any source within the last 12 months.
