Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.
  • Payment Timeline: The bonus will be processed within 30 days after the referred employee completes their probationary period.

Other Roles

• Research Scientists, Operations, Marketing:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Similar to tech/product roles, the referred candidate must be hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.
  • Payment Timeline: The bonus will be processed within 30 days after the probationary period is completed.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current Dyne Therapeutics employees are eligible to participate, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred role.
2. Referral Process:
   • Submit referrals through the internal referral portal or directly to the HR department.
   • Ensure that the candidate mentions your referral during the application process.
3. Candidate Criteria:
   • Referrals should possess the required qualifications and experience as outlined in the job description.
   • Candidates should not have been previously employed by Dyne Therapeutics or have an active application in progress.
4. Limitations:
   • There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make, but bonuses will only be awarded for successful hires.
   • Referrals must be submitted before the candidate's application to be eligible for the bonus.
