Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, and other related roles.
• Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000 per successful referral.
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee completes their first 90 days.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred employee completes one full year of service.

Other Roles

• Eligible Positions: Roles in departments such as Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, etc.
• Bonus Amount: Up to $3,000 per successful referral.
• Payment Structure:
  • Similar to tech/product roles, the bonus is split into two payments: 50% after 90 days and the remaining 50% after one year.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the company's internal referral system to be eligible for the bonus.
2. Tracking: Each referral is tracked, and updates are provided to the referring employee regarding the status of their referral.
3. Eligibility:
   • Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be active employees at the time of each bonus payment.
   • The referred candidate must not have been previously employed by Dynavax Technologies or have applied within the past 12 months.
