  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a 90-day probation period.

  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a 90-day probation period.

Process for Referrals

1. Submission: Employees should submit referrals through the internal referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.

3. Evaluation: The referred candidate will undergo the standard recruitment process. Employees will be notified of the candidate's progress.
