Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

1. Eligibility:

   • The referring employee must be a current Dutch Bros employee at the time of referral.
   • The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position in the tech or product departments.

2. Bonus Amount:

   • Initial Referral Bonus: Upon the hired candidate's completion of 90 days of employment, the referring employee will receive a $1,500 bonus.
   • Retention Bonus: An additional $1,000 is awarded if the referred employee remains with the company for 12 months.
   • Total Potential Bonus: $2,500 per successful referral.

3. Payment Structure:

   • Bonuses are paid out through the regular payroll cycle following the completion of the respective employment milestones.

Other Roles

1. Eligibility:

   • All current employees are eligible to refer candidates for any open position within the company.

2. Bonus Amount:

   • Initial Referral Bonus: For non-tech/product roles, a $500 bonus is awarded after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
   • Retention Bonus: An additional $250 is given if the referred employee completes 12 months with the company.
   • Total Potential Bonus: $750 per successful referral.

3. Payment Structure:

   • Similar to tech/product roles, bonuses for other positions are processed through regular payroll once the specified milestones are met.

Program Guidelines

• Referrals must be submitted through the official Dutch Bros referral portal with complete candidate information.
• The referring employee's name must be included in the candidate's application to qualify for the bonus.
