DT Midstream Referral Bonus Program

The DT Midstream Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer top talent to our organization, particularly for tech and product roles. By tapping into the networks of our current employees, we aim to attract skilled professionals who align with our company values and contribute to our growth and success.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete a probationary period of 90 days.
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after the new hire’s successful completion of 90 days, and the remaining 50% after six months of continued employment.

Other Roles

• Operations, Sales, Administrative
  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Eligibility: Same as tech/product roles; completion of a 90-day probationary period.
  • Payment Schedule: The full bonus amount is paid after the new hire’s successful completion of 90 days.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility to Refer:

   • All full-time employees, except those at the executive level or directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the candidate's details through the internal referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.
   • Ensure the candidate is aware of the referral and consents to the submission of their information.

3. Candidate Eligibility:

   • The referred individual must be a new candidate who has not applied or been considered for a position at DT Midstream in the past 12 months.

4. Referral Limitations:

   • Employees can refer multiple candidates, but the bonus is applicable per successful hire only.
