Dorian LPG Referral Bonus Program
Dorian LPG values the contributions of its employees and recognizes the importance of building a strong team. To support this, we have implemented a Referral Bonus Program aimed at rewarding current employees for referring qualified candidates who join our team, particularly in tech/product roles, as well as other available positions.
Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles
We are particularly focused on expanding our technology and product teams. Here’s how the referral bonus works for these roles:
- Eligible Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, and other tech/product-related positions.
- Bonus Amount: A referral bonus of $5,000 will be awarded for successful referrals in these roles.
- Payment Structure: The bonus will be paid in two installments:
- 50% upon the new hire’s completion of the first 90 days.
- The remaining 50% after the new hire’s successful completion of their first 6 months.
Estimation Example
- If 10 tech/product roles are filled through referral:
- Total Bonus Payout: 10 roles x $5,000 = $50,000
Referral Bonus for Other Roles
While our primary focus is on tech/product roles, we encourage referrals for all open positions:
- Eligible Roles: Roles in Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and more.
- Bonus Amount: A referral bonus of $2,500 will be awarded for successful referrals in these roles.
- Payment Structure: The bonus will be paid in two installments:
- 50% upon the new hire’s completion of the first 90 days.
- The remaining 50% after the new hire’s successful completion of their first 6 months.
