Program Overview

• Eligibility: All current employees of Donohue & Associates are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Bonus Payout: Bonuses are paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months of employment, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
• Referral Process: Submit the candidate's details through the internal referral portal. Ensure that the candidate mentions your name during the application process.

2. Product Managers

   • Associate Product Manager: $1,500

   • Entry Level: $1,200
   • Intermediate: $2,200
   • Senior Level: $3,800
