At Diversified_Fun, we believe that great talent knows great talent. To encourage and reward successful referrals, we have implemented a structured referral bonus program. This program is designed to incentivize our employees to help us find exceptional candidates, especially in high-demand areas like tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $4,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Customer Support Representative: $2,500
• Human Resources Generalist: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referral Submission: The referral must be submitted through the official referral portal on our company intranet.
2. Candidate Status: The referred candidate must not have applied to Diversified_Fun in the last 12 months.
3. Employment Duration: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 6-month employment period for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.

Payment Details

• Bonuses will be processed through payroll and are subject to standard taxes and deductions.
• Payments will be made in the first payroll cycle following the completion of the referred candidate's 6-month employment period.

Program Terms

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can submit.
• Diversified_Fun reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
• Only full-time roles are eligible for referral bonuses.
