Referral Bonus Details

Tech and Product Roles

For tech and product roles, we offer a competitive referral bonus structure:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,000
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,500
• DevOps Engineer: $4,500
• Technical Product Owner: $4,000

Other Roles

We also offer referral bonuses for other critical roles within the company:

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• Customer Support Representative: $1,500
• HR Specialist: $2,000

Eligibility and Process

• Who Can Refer?: All full-time employees of Diversified Energy are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

• Who Can Be Referred?: Candidates who are not currently employed by Diversified Energy and have not been interviewed in the past 12 months.

• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the internal referral portal. The employee must provide the candidate's resume and contact information.

• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • 50% after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Terms and Conditions

• Referrals must be submitted before the candidate applies independently.
• The referred candidate must be hired within six months of the referral submission.
