Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For roles in technology and product development, we offer an enhanced referral bonus structure due to the critical nature and competitive landscape of these positions:

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
  • Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000
  • Breakdown:
    • $2,500 upon successful hire
    • $2,500 after the new hire completes 6 months

Other Roles

While tech roles have a higher bonus, we also value referrals for other positions:

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support Roles:
  • Bonus Amount: Up to $3,000
  • Breakdown:
    • $1,500 upon successful hire
    • $1,500 after the new hire completes 6 months

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral:
   Employees can submit referrals via our internal portal, providing the candidate's resume and a brief description of their qualifications.

2. Candidate Evaluation:
   Our recruitment team evaluates the referred candidates. If they meet the required qualifications, they will be invited for an interview.

3. Hiring Decision:
   Once a referred candidate is hired, the referring employee will receive the first installment of the bonus.

4. Completion of Probation:
   The second installment is awarded after the new hire successfully completes a 6-month probation period.
