Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• Systems Architect: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Research Scientist: $2,500
• Clinical Trials Manager: $3,000
• Quality Assurance Specialist: $2,000
• Regulatory Affairs Associate: $2,500
• Human Resources Specialist: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

• Referral bonuses are available to all current employees of Disc Medicine, excluding hiring managers and HR personnel involved in the recruitment process for the specific role.
• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain with the company for a minimum period of 90 days.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official employee referral portal to qualify for the bonus.

Payment Process

• Referral bonuses are paid out in the payroll following the candidate’s successful completion of their first 90 days at Disc Medicine.
• In the event of simultaneous referrals for the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first, as recorded in the referral portal.

Additional Information

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• Employees are encouraged to refer candidates who align with Disc Medicine's core values and culture.
• Referrals for contract or temporary positions are not eligible for bonuses.
