Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, which are crucial for our innovation and development, the referral bonuses are structured as follows:

  • Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager, etc.:
    Bonus: $5,000
    Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete a 90-day probationary period.
    Payout Schedule: 50% of the bonus is paid after the new hire completes 30 days, and the remaining 50% after 90 days.

  • Senior Tech Roles (Senior Engineer, Lead Architect, etc.):
    Bonus: $7,500
    Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete a 90-day probationary period.
    Payout Schedule: Similar to other tech roles, 50% is paid after 30 days, and the remaining 50% after 90 days.

Other Roles
