The Referral Bonus Program is designed to encourage current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company. The program is structured to reward employees who successfully refer candidates that lead to a hire.

Eligibility

• Referring Employees: All full-time employees of Digital Conversions Media DMCC are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred Candidates: Candidates must be new to the company and not previously considered or contacted by the recruiting team within the past 12 months.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is divided into two primary categories based on the role of the referred candidate:

1. Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, etc.
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% upon the referred candidate's successful completion of 90 days of employment.
