Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers: If you refer a candidate who is successfully hired as a Software Engineer, you will receive a referral bonus of €3,000.
- Product Managers: For referrals leading to a Product Manager hire, the bonus is €3,500.
- UX/UI Designers: Successfully referring a UX/UI Designer results in a €3,000 bonus.
- Data Scientists: A referral that leads to hiring a Data Scientist will earn you €4,000.
Other Roles
- Sales and Marketing: For successful referrals in sales or marketing positions, the bonus is €2,000.
- Human Resources: Referrals leading to a hire in HR will result in a €1,500 bonus.
- Administrative Positions: A successful referral for an administrative role will earn you €1,000.
How It Works
