This program is designed to attract top talent across various roles, with a particular focus on tech and product positions.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligible Roles

• Tech Roles:

  • Software Engineers
  • Data Scientists
  • IT Specialists
  • Product Managers

• Other Roles:

  • Project Managers
  • Business Analysts
  • Consultants

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is structured to incentivize referrals for both tech/product roles and other critical positions within the company. The bonuses are paid out after the referred candidate has been successfully hired and completes a specified period of employment.

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers/Data Scientists/Product Managers:
     • Bonus Amount: $5,000
     • Payment Schedule:
       • $2,500 after 90 days of employment
       • $2,500 after 6 months of employment

2. Other Roles:

   • Project Managers/Business Analysts/Consultants:
     • Bonus Amount: $3,000
     • Payment Schedule:
       • $1,500 after 90 days of employment
       • $1,500 after 6 months of employment

Referral Process

1. Submission:

   • Employees must submit the candidate's resume and relevant details through the internal referral portal.
   • Ensure that the submission includes a brief note on why the candidate is a good fit for the role.

2. Evaluation:

   • HR will review the submission and coordinate interviews if the candidate meets the initial screening criteria.

3. Hiring Decision:

   • Once a candidate is hired, the referring employee will be notified of their referral bonus eligibility.
