- Eligible Positions: While all full-time positions qualify, tech and product roles typically have higher bonus values due to the specialized skills required.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: Up to $5,000
- Product Manager: Up to $4,500
- Data Scientist: Up to $5,000
- UX/UI Designer: Up to $4,000
- DevOps Engineer: Up to $5,000

Payment Process
