Payment Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is disbursed in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Process

1. Referral Submission: Employees must submit the candidate's resume and relevant details through the internal referral portal.
2. Acknowledgment: The HR department will acknowledge the referral submission within 5 business days.
3. Interview Process: The referred candidate will undergo the standard recruitment and interview process.
4. Hiring Decision: If the candidate is hired, the referring employee will be notified, and the bonus payment schedule will commence.

Additional Considerations

• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the referral bonus will be awarded to the person who first submitted the candidate's details.
