Referral Bonus Overview

• Tech/Product Roles: These roles are critical to our company's innovation and success. We offer a generous bonus for successful referrals in these areas.
• Other Roles: While tech and product roles are a priority, referrals for other positions are also encouraged and rewarded.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Junior to Mid-Level Positions:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes 12 months.
• Senior Positions:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes 12 months.

Other Roles

• Bonus Amount: $1,500
• Payment Schedule:
  • 50% paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
  • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Employee Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • Employees involved in the hiring decision for the referred candidate are not eligible for the bonus.

2. Candidate Eligibility:

   • The candidate must be a new applicant and not already in our recruitment database.
   • The candidate must be hired for a permanent position and complete the probation period successfully.

• Employees can submit referrals through our internal referral portal
