- Junior to Mid-Level Positions:
- Bonus Amount: $3,000
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
- Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes 12 months.
- Senior Positions:
- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% paid after the new hire completes 3 months.

Eligibility Criteria

- All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
