Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers/Developers

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
   • Payout: Bonus is paid in full in the pay period following the completion of the probationary period.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Eligibility: Referral must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
   • Payout: Bonus is paid in full in the pay period following the completion of the probationary period.

3. Data Analysts/Scientists

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
   • Payout: Bonus is paid in full in the pay period following the completion of the probationary period.

Other Roles

1. Legal Roles (Associates, Paralegals)

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Eligibility: Referral must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
   • Payout: Bonus is paid in full in the pay period following the completion of the probationary period.

2. Administrative/Support Roles

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
   • Payout: Bonus is paid in full in the pay period following the completion of the probationary period.
