For our tech and product roles, we offer a generous referral bonus due to the specialized skills required in these areas. Here's a breakdown of the bonuses:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UI/UX Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Program Details

• Eligibility: All active employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring decision for the referred position.

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days with the company, and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.

• Qualified Referrals: To qualify for a bonus, the referral must be a new candidate not already in our recruitment pipeline and must be successfully hired and complete the probationary period.
