Referral Bonus Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time and part-time DaVita employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those in HR, recruiting, or management positions directly involved with the hiring process for the referred role.

• Bonus Amounts: The referral bonus varies by role and is structured to attract high-demand positions, particularly in tech and product areas.

  • Tech/Product Roles:

    • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: Up to $5,000
    • UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers: Up to $4,000

  • Other Roles:

    • Nursing and Clinical Positions: Up to $3,000
    • Administrative and Support Roles: Up to $1,500

• Payment Structure:

  • Bonuses are typically paid out in two installments:
    • 50% after the referred employee's first 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

Process

1. Referral Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official internal portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
