For tech and product positions, which are crucial for driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge, we offer a higher referral bonus. These roles include:

Estimated Bonus:

• Successful hire: $5,000
• Additional bonus for critical roles: $1,000 (totaling up to $6,000)

Referral Process
