Bonus Eligibility

To ensure fairness and consistency, the following conditions apply to qualify for the referral bonus:

1. Employment Duration: The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 90 days of employment at DataChef.
2. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through our official referral portal or email, including the name, contact information, and resume of the candidate.
3. Unique Referrals: Only the first person to refer a candidate will be eligible for the bonus.

Payment Process

Once the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment, the referrer will receive the bonus in the next payroll cycle.
