Tech/Product Roles

Daikin America places a high emphasis on technology and product development, and we understand the importance of hiring top talent in these areas. As such, we offer generous referral bonuses for successful hires in the following tech/product roles:

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,200
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500

Eligibility and Payment Details

• Eligibility: All current Daikin America employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Payment Schedule: Bonuses are paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, and the second half is paid after the candidate completes six months of employment.
