Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers & Developers

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions
   • Conditions: Bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions
   • Conditions: Bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.

3. Data Scientists & Analysts

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions
   • Conditions: Bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

1. Research Scientists

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions
   • Conditions: Bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.

2. Administrative Positions

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions
   • Conditions: Bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
