Bonus Structure

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Scientist:
    • Referral Bonus: Up to $3,000
    • Breakdown:
      • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
      • An additional $1,500 after 12 months of continuous employment.

• Engineering & Specialist Roles:

  • Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, QA Specialist:
    • Referral Bonus: Up to $2,500
    • Breakdown:
      • $1,250 after 3 months of employment.
      • An additional $1,250 after 12 months.

• Other Positions:

  • Administrative, HR, Sales:
    • Referral Bonus: Up to $1,500

Eligibility Criteria
