Curo Group Referral Bonus Program

Curo Group recognizes the value that talented individuals bring to our organization. To continue attracting top talent, we have implemented a Referral Bonus Program, specifically designed to incentivize our team members to refer candidates who align with our company's needs and culture. This program is particularly focused on tech/product roles, although it extends to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $2,000
• Sales Executive: $2,500
• Administrative Assistant: $1,000

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must not have applied to Curo Group within the past 12 months.
• The referring employee must be actively employed with Curo Group at the time of the referral and bonus payout.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete a minimum of 90 days of employment with Curo Group.

Bonus Payout

• The referral bonus will be processed in the pay period following the referred candidate's completion of 90 days of employment.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit the candidate's resume and any supporting documents to the HR department via the internal referral portal.
2. Ensure the candidate mentions your name during the application process.
3. Track the status of your referral through the HR dashboard.
