Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible for referral bonuses.
• Referral Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first installment is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of successful employment. The second installment is paid after the referred employee completes one year of employment.
