Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who successfully refer candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, although the program extends to other roles as well. Below are the details of the referral bonus structure:

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• Product Manager: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,000

Other Roles:

• Clinical Research Associate: $2,500
• Regulatory Affairs Specialist: $2,000
• Marketing Manager: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be an active employee at the time of the referral payout.
• The referred candidate must be hired for a permanent full-time position.
• The candidate must successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral submission process to qualify for the bonus.

Payout Process

• The referral bonus will be processed in the payroll cycle following the completion of the referred candidate's probationary period.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

Program Guidelines

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
• The program is open to all employees except those directly involved in the hiring process or HR personnel.
