Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Developers, and Product Managers:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The candidate must complete 90 days of employment.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonus is paid out in full in the first payroll after the candidate's 90-day mark.

• Data Scientists and Analysts:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Eligibility: The candidate must complete 90 days of employment.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonus is paid out in full in the first payroll after the candidate's 90-day mark.

• UX/UI Designers:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,500
  • Eligibility: The candidate must complete 90 days of employment.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonus is paid out in full in the first payroll after the candidate's 90-day mark.

Other Roles

• Operations and Administrative Roles:

  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Eligibility: The candidate must complete 90 days of employment.
