For roles in technology and product development, CSG offers a competitive referral bonus to incentivize employees to refer top talent. These roles are crucial to the company's innovation and growth, and thus, they carry higher bonus amounts.

• Software Engineers: $5,000 per successful referral
• Product Managers: $4,500 per successful referral
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $4,000 per successful referral
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500 per successful referral
• DevOps Engineers: $3,500 per successful referral

Other Roles

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of CSG International are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in HR or recruitment roles who are directly involved in the hiring process.
• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment, and the second half is paid after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.
