1. Software Engineering Roles

   • Junior Positions: $3,000 per successful hire
   • Mid-Level Positions: $5,000 per successful hire
   • Senior Positions: $10,000 per successful hire
   • Specialized Roles (e.g., AI/ML, Data Science): $12,000 per successful hire

2. Product Management Roles

   • Associate Product Manager: $4,000 per successful hire
   • Product Manager: $6,000 per successful hire
   • Senior Product Manager: $8,000 per successful hire
