CrossFirst Bankshares is committed to attracting top talent and recognizes the invaluable role that referrals play in achieving this goal. The referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired into the company. This program is applicable to various roles, with a particular emphasis on tech and product positions, but it also includes other job categories.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, etc.
• Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Structure:
    • $1,500 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • $1,500 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

Other Roles

• Eligible Positions: Financial Analysts, Relationship Managers, HR Specialists, Customer Service Representatives, etc.
• Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Structure:
    • $750 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • $750 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility:

   • All current employees of CrossFirst Bankshares, excluding those in Human Resources, executive leadership, or hiring managers for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Referral Process:

   • Employees must submit referrals through the internal referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.
   • The referred candidate must acknowledge the referral upon application.

3. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Referred candidates must not have applied to any position at CrossFirst Bankshares in the past 12 months.
   • Candidates must be hired for a full-time position.

4. Bonus Payment:

   • Both installments of the bonus are contingent upon the referred employee's continued employment with CrossFirst Bankshares at the time of each payment.
