Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for bringing in exceptional talent, with a focus on tech and product roles, among others.

Program Highlights

Tech and Product Roles:

• Referral Bonus Amount: $5,000
• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • Remaining 50% paid after 6 months of employment.

Other Roles:

• Referral Bonus Amount: $3,000
• Eligible Positions: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • Remaining 50% paid after 6 months of employment.

Guidelines

• Eligibility: All current Crossbeam employees, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit the candidate's details through our internal referral portal before the candidate applies to be eligible for the bonus.
• Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must be a new applicant and not have been previously engaged with Crossbeam’s recruitment process in the past 12 months.
• Payment Details: Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be included in the employee's regular paycheck.
