Eligibility
- Referring Employee: All full-time employees of Cross Country Healthcare are eligible to participate, except those involved directly in the hiring process for the referred positions (e.g., hiring managers, HR personnel).
- Referred Candidate: The candidate must not have been previously employed by or have an active application with Cross Country Healthcare in the past 12 months.
Bonus Structure
