Program Overview

The referral bonus program aims to reward employees for successful referrals of candidates who accept offers and remain with the company beyond a specified probationary period. This initiative not only helps us find skilled professionals but also encourages a team-oriented atmosphere.

Eligibility

• Referring Employee: All full-time employees of Cross Country Healthcare are eligible to participate, except those involved directly in the hiring process for the referred positions (e.g., hiring managers, HR personnel).
• Referred Candidate: The candidate must not have been previously employed by or have an active application with Cross Country Healthcare in the past 12 months.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus amounts are tiered based on the level and type of role being filled. Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire's start date and 50% after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
