Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who help us find top-tier candidates, particularly in tech and product roles. Below is a detailed overview of the program, including estimated bonus amounts and guidelines for participation.

Program Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Criterion Systems are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process.

• Referral Positions: The program focuses on tech and product roles, but referrals for other positions are also welcomed.

• Referral Process: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the candidate’s resume and contact information through the internal referral portal.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers:

  • Junior Level: $1,500
  • Mid Level: $3,000
  • Senior Level: $5,000

• Product Managers:

  • Junior Level: $1,500
  • Mid Level: $3,000
  • Senior Level: $5,000

• Data Scientists:

  • Junior Level: $1,500
  • Mid Level: $3,000
  • Senior Level: $5,000

Other Roles

• Administrative Staff: $1,000
• Sales Representatives: $2,000
• Finance Analysts: $1,500

Payment Timeline

• Referral bonuses are paid in two installments:
  • 50% after the candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the candidate completes 180 days of employment.

Guidelines and Conditions

• The referred candidate must be hired and remain employed with Criterion Systems for at least 90 days to qualify for the first installment
