Eligibility Criteria

1. Employee Status: Referrals must be made by current full-time employees of Credit Saison India.
2. Candidate Status: Referred candidates must not have applied to any position at Credit Saison India in the past 6 months.
3. Successful Hire: The referral bonus is awarded only if the referred candidate is successfully hired and completes a probationary period of 3 months.

Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal with the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Acknowledgment: Once the referral is submitted, the HR team will acknowledge receipt and begin the evaluation process.
3. Feedback: Employees will receive updates on the status of their referrals throughout the recruitment process.
