Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete 90 days of employment.
  • Payout: Bonus is paid in the first payroll after the candidate completes 90 days.

• DevOps Engineers, Quality Assurance, Data Analysts

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete 90 days of employment.
  • Payout: Bonus is paid in the first payroll after the candidate completes 90 days.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete 90 days of employment.
  • Payout: Bonus is paid in the first payroll after the candidate completes 90 days.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility to Participate: All full-time employees of Crane Co. are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position, such as HR personnel and hiring managers.

2. Qualified Referrals: A referral must be a candidate who is not already in our database or has not applied within the past 12 months.
