For tech and product positions, Cousins Properties offers a generous referral bonus to encourage the referral of skilled professionals who can contribute to our innovative projects. Here are the details:

• Bonus Amount: $5,000
• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payout Structure: The bonus is paid in two installments:
  • 50% upon the new hire's successful completion of the first 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the new hire completes their first year with Cousins Properties.

Other Roles

While our focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions within the company:

• Administrative and Support Roles: $2,500
• Sales and Marketing Roles: $3,500
• Operations and Management Roles: $4,000

General Guidelines

• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official Cousins Properties referral portal.
• Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied or interviewed with Cousins Properties in the past 12 months.
• Employment Status: The referring employee must be employed at the time of both installment payouts to receive the bonus.
