The Country Doctor Community Health Centers (CDCHC) are committed to attracting top talent to improve healthcare services across our communities. As part of this effort, we have implemented a Referral Bonus Program designed to incentivize our current employees and community members to refer qualified candidates for open positions, especially in tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligible Roles

• Tech/Product Roles: Software Developers, IT Support Specialists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Analysts.
• Other Roles: Healthcare Providers (Doctors, Nurses), Administrative Staff, Community Outreach Coordinators.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Developers: $2,000
• IT Support Specialists: $1,500
• Product Managers: $2,500
• UX/UI Designers: $2,000
• Data Analysts: $1,800

Other Roles

• Healthcare Providers: $3,000
• Administrative Staff: $1,000
• Community Outreach Coordinators: $1,200

Payout Process

1. Initial Hire: 50% of the bonus will be paid after the referred candidate has been employed for 90 days.
2. Retention Milestone: The remaining 50% will be paid after the referred candidate has been employed for 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrals must be submitted through the official CDCHC referral form.
• The referring individual must be identified in the application process for the referral to be valid.
• Candidates must be new to CDCHC and not have applied within the last 12 months.
• Referring individuals must be employed by CDCHC or be a recognized community member at the time of the bonus payout.

Important Considerations

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make.
