Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period, typically 90 days.
  • Payment Timeline: The bonus will be paid out in the following payroll cycle after the candidate's 90-day tenure.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support Roles:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period, typically 90 days.
  • Payment Timeline: The bonus will be paid out in the following payroll cycle after the candidate's 90-day tenure.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submission Process:

   • Submit the candidate’s resume through the internal referral portal.
   • Provide a brief summary of how the candidate’s skills and experiences align with the role.

2. Tracking:

   • Once submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment email.
   • You can track the status of your referral through the portal.

3. Eligibility for Referrers:

   • Open to all employees except HR staff, hiring managers for the referred position, and executives.
   • The referred candidate should not be a current applicant already in our recruitment process.

Additional Information

• Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates; bonuses are awarded per successful hire.
• Tax Implications: All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.
