Core Scientific values the contributions of its employees and recognizes the importance of building a strong team. To incentivize the referral of talented individuals, Core Scientific has established a Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to reward employees for referring qualified candidates who join the company, particularly in tech and product roles, though other roles are also eligible.

Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Tech Leads

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $2,500 after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
    • $2,500 after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

• DevOps Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and Quality Assurance Engineers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $2,000 after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
    • $2,000 after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Positions
  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $1,000 after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
    • $1,000 after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer Eligibility: All full-time employees of Core Scientific are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied to Core Scientific on their own within the past 12 months.
• Referral Process: The referrer must submit the candidate's resume and any relevant details through the company's official referral portal before the candidate has been contacted by the recruiting team.
