Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product-related roles, we recognize the critical impact these positions have on our innovation and growth. As such, we offer a competitive referral bonus to employees who successfully refer candidates for these roles:

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists: $5,000
• UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers: $4,000

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech/product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other critical positions within the company:

• Research Scientists, Clinical Operations: $3,000
• Administrative, HR, and Support Staff: $1,500

Bonus Payout Process

1. Eligibility: All current Corbus Pharmaceuticals employees, except those involved in the hiring decision process, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
2. Referral Submission: Employees must submit the referred candidate's information through the company's designated referral portal.
3. Candidate Review: Referred candidates will undergo the standard recruitment process. The referral bonus is applicable only if the candidate is successfully hired.
4. Payout Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
   • 50% upon the referred candidate's successful completion of their 90-day probationary period.
   • 50% upon the candidate's 6-month anniversary with the company.
