Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 3 months.
    • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 6 months.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 3 months.
    • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 6 months.

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, and HR Positions

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 3 months.
    • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 6 months.

• Administrative and Support Staff

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 3 months.
    • 50% upon the new hire's completion of 6 months.

Eligibility and Process

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Copt Defense Properties are eligible to participate, except for those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
