3. Review Process: Once submitted, our recruitment team will review the candidate's qualifications. If the candidate meets our initial requirements, they will be contacted for further evaluation.

4. Referral Bonus Payment: If your referred candidate is hired, you become eligible for a referral bonus. The bonus is typically paid out after the new hire has successfully completed 90 days of employment.
